Harriet Frank
100 years old. WWII Marine veteran Harriet (Greenberg) Frank from Tulsa, earned her Sociology degree from OSU. She worked for DHS in child welfare until her retirement. While serving in the Marines, she made very close friends and was stationed in Washington DC. Her advice: âThink about others!â THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
Angeline Sivic
100 years old. She was a Rosie the Riveter during World War II, working on airplanes in Wichita, Kansas. Angeline was married for 64 years to John Sivic and raised four children. She enjoyed the farm life with gardening, cooking and canning the food that came from her farm.Â
Elaine Banning
100 years old. Elaine remembers riding in winter in her grandparentâs Model T Ford and sitting on heated bricks for warmth. She rode a horse two miles to catch the bus to school. Elaine recorded daily events in journals for almost 50 years that her family enjoys reading. Her advice: Get as good an education as you can; Donât be in such a hurry all the time; When you do marry, listen to your heart and always put your loved oneâs needs before your own.
